Course › Level 0: What is trading, actually?

Can you really make money? (The honest answer)

Yes, and most people don't. Both halves of that sentence matter.

Around 70% of retail traders lose money. Any site that hides this from you is selling you something. Here's why most lose, because the reasons are avoidable:

  1. They risk too much per trade. One bad day wipes the account. (Fixed by the 1% rule: Level 3.)
  2. They trade without a plan. Random entries, no exit decided, hoping. (Fixed by having a checklist, we give you one.)
  3. They chase losses. Lose $10, immediately bet $20 to win it back, lose that too. (Fixed by a daily stop rule.)

The realistic path

Nobody turns $50 into $5,000 in a month, anyone showing you that is showing you luck or a lie. The realistic path is: learn on a demo account until you're consistent, start small with real money, grow slowly. Boring, and it works.

That's exactly the path this course walks you down, and the practice account costs nothing.
